MARCH 2021 Newsletter March, the month where we all hope the luck ‘o the Irish will rub off on us! Keeping our eyes peeled for the lucky leprechaun who will lead us to the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow! Dancing an Irish jig just for the sheer pleasure of it all! It is also International Color Therapy Month. As most of you know, color is a passion of mine and the two books I have written so far on color have defined my career in color. There are millions of folks on the planet who love, work with, celebrate, use, and heal with color. Millions who thrive in the magic and vibrational gifts color brings us. Millions who simply love and use color every day to enhance their lives. And so years ago, Eleyne-Mari Sharpe of Aura House began Color Therapy Month. Here is our latest conversation about Color Therapy Month:
Conversation with Eleyne-Mari D: Wow, I can’t believe March is here already! Another Color Therapy Month! Am I right that it’s also the 11th annual Color Therapy Month? E: That’s right, Diantha. I can’t believe it myself, but here we are again. And boy, do we need color. As for me, I just want to wrap myself in the softest, fluffiest color and cocoon until I awake into a gorgeous butterfly. D: A sparkly one, no doubt! I suppose this year’s CTM schedule is different because of Covid. E: Yes, because all of the events are virtual. You just have to have a good telephone or computer connection. D: Thinking back to the beginning of Color Therapy Month, you had a reason why you planned it for March. E: Absolutely. Eleven years ago, I wanted to choose a month that was not already overpopulated with holidays. Many of us in the U.S. think of March as the time to celebrate St. Paddy’s Day, leprechauns, and rainbows. And it was because of that rainbow association that I thought March would be the ideal month. D: Any event previews for my readers? E: Only for you, Diantha! Well, on March 1 there will be the traditional Color Pep Rally. Aura House will also be hosting “Love and Light” color attunements every Tuesday—or HUESday, as I like to call it. There’s a “Colors of the Sea” grief workshop scheduled for March 28 and a “Thank Hue Color Healing Circle” on March 31. The Color Therapy Month calendar also offers color card readings, meditations, art classes, “Rainbow Crystal Journaling,” and color-related lectures. And if you need your color fix 24/7, there’s over 200 videos on The Color Channel on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/user/TheColorChannel. D: And how do people find the calendar? E: Just go to our website at www.colortherapymonth.com and click the “Calendar” tab. And while you’re there, be sure to sign up for the free “Color the World” guide. D: So there is something colorful to do each and every day in March. It sounds like you have all the color bases covered! E: I think so, and I’m hoping to see a Life Potentials event on the calendar, too, because the world needs more of your color wisdom, Diantha. D: I’m working on that! Any last comments? E: Be safe, be healthy, think positive thoughts. And no matter how crazy this old world gets—don’t forget to stop and enjoy the pretty colors!
COLOR! “In ancient times, people understood that treasures from the earth, the sky and the sea were used to make everything from weapons to medicine. They understood that they had properties that could heal humans or enhance the way we feel.” Luann Cibik, p. 114, Simply Color for Everyday Living (for your copy click here)
AKASHIC RECORD OFFERING from READINGS WITH SPIRIT I met Diantha in an Akashic Records class in the late 1990’s. Since then, Diantha and I bonded over the Records and have exchanged readings every few weeks over the past 20+ years. To say we both love the Records is an understatement! For those of you who might be unfamiliar with them, the Akashic Records are the vibrational records of your soul and are accessed via a prayer. The Records provide an expansive space of love and truth where loving guidance and clarity about issues is revealed. An Akashic Records reading is a spiritual reading and it does not predict the future. Instead, it offers information to assist and support you in your life’s journey. I have recently created an Etsy shop featuring my readings, www.Etsy.com/shop/ReadingswithSpirit. In my shop, I offer digital mp3 mini-readings based on your submitted questions as well as longer digital or one-on-one phone readings. As a member of Diantha’s newsletter, I am offering you a 15% off coupon (use the code LIFEPNET15 on the order page). We are living in troubled times, with many of our lives disrupted. The beautiful and loving energy of the Records can be a touchstone and anchor, offering hope and clarity when it is sorely needed. Please visit my shop and let me know if you have any questions. I would be honored to do a reading for you. Thank you!

“There are many factors that contribute to making the Hawaiian Islands a powerful healing place, and I believe color is very much one of them. You cannot be surrounded by lush greens, vibrant red, pinks, purples and yellow of tropical, fragrant flowers and swim in various shades of ocean blues without feeling uplifted in every layer of your being.” Monica Schwartz, p. 142, Simply Color for Everyday Living

April 2020 Newsletter What a lot of change in a month. I feel as if I am living on another planet right now, or at least another reality! This month I will continue with a wonderful addition to Color Therapy Month which is in March of each year. It is an article by Charles Andrade about Lazure Painting. The first time I experienced this amazing painting method was in Ann Arbor, Michigan at a Waldorf School. I’ll let Charles tell you what it is but Charles is a master at this sort of work. I’ve included a few photos of the many he and his lovely wife sent me. I would dearly love to live in a place long enough to paint my bedroom walls in Lazure. If you don’t have a Lazure artist in your are area, Charles offers DIY kits. I think it would be great fun to use them! So enjoy the article and the little bits of encouragement within the newsletter. God bless. Lazure is more than just a decorative paint finish but offers a whole new way of looking at and experiencing color. Lazure painting is based on color theory that understands the psychological and spiritual effect that light and color have on human beings. If I were to give a definition of Lazure, it would be, the atmospheric blushing of analogous colors across a white wall. The luminous, transparent quality of Lazure is created when color glazes are brushed on in layers. The subtle, optical mixing that takes place on the walls when ambient light shines through the successive veils of color calls forth a nuanced perception on the part of the viewer. Where opaque paint absorbs light and captures color monochromatically in a dense medium, the water-thin Lazure glazes are suspended in a clear medium that is applied over a white surface that allow for optimal light reflection and refraction. Lazuring is almost as if one is painting with light or using light as a pigment. It can make the walls of a room disappear, replaced by color that move across the walls of a room and change in tone throughout the day. Lazure may be used to produce a variety of qualities from soothing and calming to dynamic and invigorating. The color’s effects can be either gradual and sequential or muralistic and dramatic. I work closely with my clients to understand how the space under consideration will be used. This helps me align the right color(s) with the human activity taking place within that space. Then I look at the architectural quality of the room to see what spatial dynamic it offers, and how its structure affects the way the nature light enters the space. Together, we arrive and achieve the ideal desired interior design result for their home. BIO Charles Andrade owns and operates Lazure Custom Wall Designs – a mural and decorative painting business, specializing in a unique European glazing finish called Lazure that creates healing interior environments. Andrade paints in the colorist style that has evolved from his initial training in painting which he studied in England at Tobias School of Art & Therapy. His paintings can be found in private collections in North America, Europe and New Zealand. Charles teaches fine art classes, lectures and offers Lazure and painting workshops worldwide. The following is a guest post by Johanna Cider of New Zealand. Many thanks to Johanna for her post and for being a wonderful guest here on Life Potentials!
How to Naturally Boost Your Endorphins
Endorphins (which is an all-encompassing term for a variety of neurotransmitters found in our brains) are produced in certain situations, generally as a response to fear or pain; they’re something of a natural opiate. By interacting with receptors in our brains, endorphins provide us with a sense of euphoria or pleasure. We’ve all experienced a good endorphin rush, and while you probably don’t want to resort to illicit means of boosting your endorphins, thankfully there are plenty of easy, natural ways to obtain the same effect. If you like the idea of boosting your endorphin levels naturally, try the following:
Laugh
As the old saying goes, laughter really is the best medicine. Laughter helps not only to reduce stress hormones but to boost endorphin levels! Laughing can also help you to feel like your problems aren’t as important as you originally thought, and laughing is an easy way to bond with others. Why not make an effort to watch a funny movie or read a funny story next time you’re feeling down?
Exercise
This one’s probably a bit obvious, but it makes the list because it’s been thoroughly tried and tested. Exercise is great for both your body and your mind, and it’s one of the easiest ways to get an endorphin boost. The term ‘runner’s high’ exists for a reason, but if you’re not a runner, you’re in no way out of luck! Try a less strenuous but equally as satisfying sport or exercise activity like swimming, cycling, or even just fast walking; you’ll still find yourself with a quality endorphin boost. It might also help to bring a friend along next time you hit the pavement or the pool – exercising with others promotes the release of endorphins even better than does exercising alone.
Eat chocolate or spicy food
You have a few delicious ways to boost your endorphins here! If you’re a chocolate lover, it’s worth knowing that there are chemicals in chocolate that have been shown to boost endorphins. The catch is that it only takes a square or two,and these chemicals are only found in dark chocolate, so if you’re more of a milk chocolate fan, it might be worth making the switch (health-wise, dark chocolate is also a better choice than milk chocolate).
If you can’t get enough of those spicy curries or hot sauces, you’re also in luck. Eating spicy foods prompts the brain to respond as it would to pain and release endorphins, but rest assured that you don’t need to go eating whole peppers – a reasonable amount of spice will do the trick.
Volunteer or donate to charity
Giving truly is better than receiving! One study found that subjects who gave money to charity by choice experienced endorphin rushes, but if you’re short on cash, volunteering your time instead will produce the same effect.
Listen to your favourite music
The ability to create music is arguably one of humanity’s most notable achievements. Listening to music can reduce anxiety and improve mood, and if it’s the right music, can also promote the release of endorphins. For an endorphin rush, listen to upbeat music that you know will make you happy. If you prefer to play rather than listen to music, you’re in luck – playing music stimulates the release of endorphins even more than does listening. Yet another music-related activity, dancing to your favourite song is another easy way to bring on that endorphin rush!
Boosting your endorphins naturally is easier than it may sound. Many endorphin-boosting activities are simple and easy to accomplish every day, so why not try them out?

“Johanna Cider is a freelance writer based in New Zealand with a passion for health and wellness. You can read more of her work on her Tumblr”.
In my very varied career from Interior Designer to Color Consultant with side trips into Body Work, Healing Touch, and Feng Shui, I have always stuck with color as the main tool in my toolbox.
The colors of the rainbow correspond to those in our chakra system and thus perfectly suited to working with our bodies and etheric bodies in order to heal, move through challenges, and to clear blockages among other miracles.
Let’s take a quick overview of these 7 main rainbow colors, all while acknowledging the thousands of colors presented to us in any paint store!
There are still only 7 main colors, and indeed only 3 primary ones from which all the others arise, but let’s not get into a theoretical discussion yet! The only theory I will bring in at this point is that it is helpful to know which color lies across the color wheel from the color we are working with. This is because the complimentaries work together. If we have an excessive amount of color in our chakra system, we need to temper it by bringing in it’s opposite. How we do that will be covered at the end of this article.
Red: (Base of the spine) One of the three primaries, red is the color that helps us ground and manifest. It is the color of our life force, the color of life itself and without it, nothing will happen. It is a color that speaks to us of our passions, of energy, of movement and action. If we have an abundance of red, we find ourselves challenged with anger issues, a quick temper, an ability to say cruel and scathing comments to others. To bring back balance, we would use the complimentary color of green to lessen those tendencies.
Orange: (Sacral Chakra) A combination of red and yellow, orange is the color of bliss and creativity, of community and sharing. I love orange for the fact that it is quite healing for anyone who has suffered abuse, trauma or assault. I challenge you to find anyone who has not suffered at least one of these, even if in a small way. So orange is everyone’s ally for overcoming these things. If we have an overabundance, it can lead to eating disorders, a propensity to lie, or being an exhibitionist. Use blue to reign it in.
Yellow: (Solar Plexus) Another primary, yellow is the color of happiness. Orange is bliss, yellow is happiness. It is the color of self esteem and ego, of assimilation of all kinds, and the color of our wisdom and ability to learn. An overabundance leads to being egotistical, stingy, controlling and argumentative. Use purple to rebalance this.
Green: (Heart) A combination of yellow and blue, green is the color of nature, of the heart, of the healer, and it helps us find our direction in life. It reminds us of nature so it is a soothing color to most people and can make us feel more at home. An overabundance can cause jealousy, a gossipy nature, and a whiny, cruel personality. Use red to rebalance.
Blue: (Throat) The third and last primary color, blue is the color of peace, truth, spaciousness, and integrity. We trust people who wear blue, and blue can make one appear to possess more authority than others. But is you have too much of it, it can cause stubbornness, arrogance, isolation, and a critical nature. To rebalance it bring in orange.
Indigo: (Third Eye) The only tertiary color in the chakra system and rainbow, indigo resides at the third eye and is the color of intuition, higher mind functions, being able to channel or be psychic and looking within. This is a wonderful color to use for meditation and a spiritual Yoga/Chi Gong/Tai Chi practice. If you have an excessive amount, you will feel isolated, depressed, or be detached from reality. Bring in the color gold to rebalance.
Purple: (Crown) A combination of red and blue, purple is the final color of the rainbow. It is the color of spirituality, and since it resides in the crown of our heads, it connects us most certainly to our Divine guidance. It is the color to use when we have suffered great loss, when we want to transform or transmute something, or when we are healing. Too much purple makes us suicidal, eccentric, elite. Use yellow to rebalance.
So how do we USE color?
This is why I love using color as a tool for healing and support for my clients, my friends, my family and my self: It is with us always.
We need only close our eyes and imagine the color in our mind’s eye.
We can use color breathing where we imagine the color around us and begin to breathe it in and out, filling our lungs and then our bodies with the color we need.
We can use clothing, jewelry and other accessories, flowers, flower essences, essential oils, foods, music…
There are endless ways to bring color into our lives.
Generally, when I recommend a color to someone they already have something in their possession in that color. And if you need a color that you don’t like, you can wear it where you don’t see it: underwear or socks perhaps.
Or you can use Simply Color Sprays which I created and make just for that purpose of serving people with their color needs. They are made from charged water, essential oils, gem elixirs, and/or flower essences and so are all natural and so simple to use.
And best of all, with color breathing, you can do that anywhere at any time and no one will even know, which makes it a perfect tool to use as you stand in a line to check out of a store, or going through airport security lines…anywhere you are, color can be there also!
I hope you enjoy the power and blessing of colors each and every day of your life. Color is such a gift we have been given, easily accessible, very powerful, lovingly gentle, and transformative.
“Mere colour, unspoiled by meaning, and unallied with definite form, can speak to the soul in a thousand different ways.” – Oscar Wilde

Diantha Harris has worked with, studied, written about and played with color her entire life. She is currently living in Vero Beach, Florida and Big Bay, Michigan where she works with clients and continues to write, teach, and speak about color. The author of two best-selling books on color, Diantha is also the creator of her own line of color sprays made from essential oils. You can peruse a whole wealth of information on color, listen to free meditations, read her blog, or take a free color quiz at www.lifepotentials.net.
It’s the month of love, hearts and valentines. The colors that come to mind are red, pink, a touch of green, and in some areas, a bit of purple appears. We express our love to our sweethearts, our dearest friends, and our beloved family members. We don colors associated with love and we search for the perfect card or gift for our own Valentines.
But how many of you think of sending love to yourselves? Personally, I am so terribly guilty of being hard on myself and having such high expectations of myself that I often forget to be kind to me, to be thoughtful of ME, to treat myself as I would any other person I love.
When I was in high school I read Erich Fromm’s book, The Art of Loving. He discussed the many aspects of love including the notion of self love but I was being raised in a family in which we were being taught that loving oneself was conceited, selfish, even unGodly. We were to be humble, to think of everyone else as better than we were, to “not be above yourself”.
Indeed, at the tender age of 8, I had discovered Greek and Roman Mythology and loved reading the stories. Imagine how excited I was to discover my name was a variation of the goddess Diana. Now these were the days when you could go into any drug store or tourist stop and find tons of items with individual’s names on them. I never could find my own name anywhere which caused me to despair that my name was so odd, I must be too. Even worse, maybe I did not have the right to exist. But here in the book of myths was the name Diana and I was so excited I jumped up and down on my bed exclaiming that I was actually a goddess! I was THRILLED~until my Grandmother grabbed my arm, pulled me off that bed and told me in no uncertain terms that I was a sinner for sure, talking like that. That was the end of my goddess identification for about 40 years! And it took me about that long to believe in my worth again.
So back to high school: when I read in Fromm’s book that self love was necessary in order to really love others I thought it was a very radical, even sinful, thought. I was scared to believe in this. I tried to push the thought away, even though it stayed with me and in some very real way I knew it to be true. It was such a struggle to try to rectify the teachings of my parents and grandparents with my own inner knowing.
Which is a long winded way of getting to my point: don’t be late in coming to the conclusion that you are worth loving. God does not create anyone who is not worthy of love. There are people who do bad things, and people who go down the wrong paths, but they are misguided and misled. Their being is still of the Light. They just don’t remember that, and have allowed the Darkness to gain a foothold in their souls. But at their core, they too, like the rest of us, not only come from Love and Light, but still have a spark of that inside.
But I am talking to those of you who, like me, put themselves last over and over to their own detriment. I wish that you could see yourselves as the Light and Beauty that others see in you. One of my own challenges is in being so tuned into a person’s true essence that I forget they also have a personality and that personality may not be at that higher level I can see. I’ve been hurt deeply throughout the years by this inability to discern between a person’s true nature and their earthly veneer. But I would certainly rather that than not being able to see a person’s goodness.
The good news is that with a lot of work, and the support of so many wonderful friends and family, I have come to see my own Light. Not in that conceited way my parents feared, but from a state of gratitude to God for creating me from star dust and LIght and the vibration of Love.
So this Valentine’s day honor your loved ones, but take some time to honor your SELF. You are one of a kind, a unique being, who is loved so deeply. Happy Valentine’s Day to you each day of the year!
(Originally written for the Interior Alignment Newsletter)
Hi. My name is Diantha, like the flower Dianthus, and I love color. Always have, always will. I’ve studied it, worked with it, played with it, wondered about it, dreamed about it, and developed a business around it. My goal was to change the world through color, and although a lofty and probably unachievable goal, my vision will always be one in which all people learn the value and power of color and how it can support us and transform us as we move through our challenges.
To that end I developed a full line of color sprays which I named after my first book: Simply Color (available now at your Kindle store). The 15 Simply Color sprays were developed during the time I was doing a lot of teaching about color and I wanted something simple and easy that my students and clients could use to bring in the color they most needed. You see, the colors of the rainbow spectrum relate to our chakras, organs, glands, emotional, physical, mental and spiritual planes. When something is out of alignment, we get sick, or have issues arise in our lives. Being human beings, this happens frequently as we are here to learn, to develop our souls and to raise our consciousness.
So I learned how to use color to our advantage and have taught countless others how to do that as well. For example, the color of red relates to our ability to ground and manifest. It is extremely helpful to use when we lack energy, or want to start a business, or when we desire to manifest something. Or the color of blue relates to peace, calming and communication. When I was learning to speak up for myself, blue was the color that supported me in learning and then doing that, with grace and ease.
Each color also relates to an organ and gland. So on the physical level it can have an impact as well as emotionally, mentally or spiritually. When we have a challenge in life, we use up the color in our energy body that relates to that color and we need to replenish it. These color sprays are like liquid light, carrying the vibrational qualities of each color so that using the spray will help replenish the colors that have been diminished or lost.
I developed 15 Simply Color Sprays, 10 Simply Color Children’s Sprays, 17 Simply Feng Shui sprays, and have 3 Healing Sprays. I also make custom sprays that target an individual’s needs.
One of my favorites in the Simply Color collection is Rainbow. It is a great general spray for elevating one’s spirits and bathing the energy body in the rainbow spectrum. It smells lovely even though the formulas are not created for scent but for effectiveness.
In the healing sprays, my favorite is Angel’s Song which was originally made for a young male who was in crisis. His Grandmother contacted me and told me what was going on and the result wass this amazingly powerful but gentle spray. Opalescence is another in this series developed to bring joy, creativity and inspiration to creative endeavors. Originally made for an artist, most people who order this are using it for it’s effervescent, magical energy.
Once I created the color sprays, I also developed a full line of Feng Shui sprays. My favorite in this collection is the Wellbeing one which brings in the vibration of wholeness and wellbeing based in the core of our being. This one targets the middle gua of the 9 in the bagua, which is known as Health. And without health, we have nothing.
The sprays contain a propietary blend of essential oils, flower essences, solarized and charged water, gem elixirs and energetic infusions. Each one is infused with the essence of love because I believe that the vibration of love can elevate the consciousness of the planet to its next level of development. So perhaps my original dream of changing the world CAN come true. With many of us working towards that end, I think it will!
Anyone who knows me knows I love quotes. I enjoy finding them and basking in their wisdom so here are a few to start 2018 off well. Enjoy!
“Many of these people worked hard at jobs that no one else wanted and were poorly paid, I was sure. But it seemed to me that there was something resilient in their spirit, some essential quality that kept the music and the dancing and the color alive…..And I thought, as I had so many times before, that what’s important to a human being, any human being, isn’t the wealth that comes from money, but the richness that comes from community, a sense of connectedness to family and to friends and …. to the spirit of the Great Mystery that runs through all creation.” from Sulfur Springs by William Kent Krueger

“Can you imagine what I would do if I could do all I can?” Sun Tzu, The Art of War

“I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” –Michael Jordan
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do, so throw off the bowlines, sail away from safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore, Dream, Discover” –Mark Twain

Holiday Blessings to everyone! Again we have a message from the Great White Brotherhood, in particular, Melchezidek. Enjoy the message and may each day bring you clarity, vision, expansion, strength and a renewal of spirit. Blessings to all……
Greetings to one and all on this glorious day! You are about to welcome in a brand new year with all its promise. On the cusp of this new year we want to let you know that many beings of Light are in your midst, in human form, in etheric form, in other dimensional forms.
They are here because the world is transforming itself, rebirthing itself, into another dimension. Many of you will rejoice in this, others will not, wishing to hang on to the familiar. If you fall into that latter category, do not despair. Change is never easy even for those who welcome it. You will adapt to it over time if you take the trouble to try. If you don’t, your life will be challenging in the way it would be if you moved to a completely different cultural reality and you refused to adhere to that old saying, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do”. Remember that other old saying, “What you resist, persists.”
There are a few hints we would like to share with you in order to assist you with the changes ahead.
1. Breathe. Your breath is a tool you have with you 24/7. Use it to adjust. When you feel overwhelmed, close your eyes, breathe deeply, re-enter your body and ground yourself. Keep breathing. You will find that in a few moments the anxiety will lessen and you will be able to then listen to your inner guidance to see what to do.
2. Listen. Listen to the guidance being given to you at any given moment when you are confused about what to do. There is so much help out there just waiting to be asked to assist you.
3. Rest. Your bodies, minds and spirits will be stretched beyond normal in the coming months. Take time out to renew yourself. That may be a nap, a healthy meal, a moment for meditation or prayer. If you are working, plan on taking a tea break, resting when you do take a break, especially your mind.
4. Eat consciously. That means different things to different people so eat in a way that supports your body, your metabolism, your belief system. This is not a time to drink heavily, or to indulge in foods that do not serve you. We are not saying to abstain, but choose wisely and do no overindulge in anything at this time. You must be at your best.
5. Love. Love your self. Love those around you. Love those who think differently than you do. Love the world. Love all sentient beings. Love your ancestors. Love your descendants, Love the beings in other dimensions who are here to assist you, Love Nature, Love the Divine Source. LOVE.
6. Listen. Did we say this already? Well we say it yet again. Do not assume you have all the answers. Things are changing quickly and you must change quickly. That also means your ways of thinking must be agile and ready to change. LISTEN.
7. Surrender 8. Receive 9. Trust
These last three go together as a trinity. Do not try to hold on to things past. This is hard, we realize. It is like being on a trapeze for the first time, letting go when you are high in the air with no net, and trusting that there are hands that will reach out and catch you before you fall. Nearly impossible. But POSSIBLE. TRUST.
Give in to what is. Surrender your idea of what is right and what is reality. And then receive what is becoming. We promise you that what is coming is so much better than what you are living today. Which is why things must change. Surrender, receive and trust in the process.
We send you blessings from beyond and send you love. Because you have chosen to be alive at this moment in time, we can help you create the New Earth that has been promised to you. We honor and respect you and your hard work.
The message is sent via Melchezidek and contains wisdom and energies from many of the Great White Brotherhood including Jesus the Christ.
Nature’s heart
“We can hear your cries of despair from all over your planet. It is a cacophony of loss, sadness, fear, abandonment, betrayal, anger and all sorts of what we would call negative emotions. Please remember that when we say that, we also acknowledge that without the negative, we could have no positive so there is a definite role for them. This is a subject for a different time for today we wish to speak to you of love.
Oh we hear several of you tsk-tsking and wondering what saccharine sweet message this is. Believe me, this will not be that sort of message.
We are here to ask you to love. Love yourselves. Love one another. Love each sentient being on earth whether an ant or a human. Love love love. You MUST return to love or all will be lost.
How do you love when there is so much danger and tragedy? How do you shift from fear or hatred to love? Through Grace. You shift through grace. We are asking you to open your hearts to Grace and let it shift you. Close your eyes, call in your angels, your guides, your teachers, the Great I AM, whomever in the higher realms you put your trust in. (Note: For any of you who play with the Devil, Satan was cast out of the higher realms and does not qualify)
We think this message is beyond many of you at this moment in time but that is because those of you who are ready, need to hear this now. We are at a breaking point where the earth can shift to higher vibrations, or sink to lower ones. When you join us in lifting it up, you will be lifted up. If you cannot or will not, you will be left in the abyss of fear and hate.
Heed us well. Open your hearts and let Grace pour in. That is all for now but we will continue to send messages. Thank you.”
