Greetings everyone!

I understand that in some parts of the country there is still a lot of snow on the ground. “Where is the color?” you might be wondering! For others spring has sprung and color is bursting forth all over. And for some in the Southern Hemisphere, your colors may be the muted ones of fall. Wherever you are and whatever you are doing, take a moment to breathe through it all. Life moves so quickly and it is hard to keep up with ourselves. Breathing is something that I employ so often to calm, to reconnect with the present moment, to just be. Often, when someone asks me something and I need time to compose my answer, a deep breath will give me that time, and my answer can be one that is more thoughtful and true rather than an off the cuff rejoinder.

There are some breathing methods that are proven to actually transform your thinking and being. If this is something that tweaks your curiosity, I highly recommend you look into it and find a class near you, or check out YouTube videos. Here is one of my favorites and one I have used for years.

“There are literally hundreds of choices [of color] available. Let YOUR intuition guide you. When you really can listen to your own inner-tuition (teacher) you will never make the wrong choice.”

Simply Color, Second Edition

Spring colors might include olive/lime and green for new growth. Or if you are experiencing fall, try orange or purple. For a good all around spray, you can’t beat rainbow.
